We roast small, seasonal lots in short runs — chosen for the time of year, traced to where they grew, and dialled in for the cup. No shelf-stale blends, no guesswork.

Great coffee is seasonal. The lots we buy peak at different times of the year, in different regions — so our menu rotates with the harvest instead of standing still.

We work with small importers who pay fairly at origin and can tell us exactly where a lot came from. Every batch is roasted to order in quantities small enough to reach you fresh.
