Description
Grown at altitude in southern Ethiopia, this washed Guji lot is everything a single origin should be — expressive, layered, and unmistakably of its place. Expect jasmine and bergamot on the nose, ripe peach and apricot through the cup, and a soft, lingering finish.
Roasted light to let the origin speak. Best brewed as pour-over or filter — a slightly coarser grind, water just off the boil. Roasted to order and shipped within days.
